Many club members have asked me about putting together a weeklong tour. So I asked a friend, Larry Harris, to help me since he has done many of these and is the person who got me started doing these rides.
Our 2012 Land of Enchantment Ride will start in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We will ride 435 - 510 miles in 7 days (the mileages listed below are approximate). The dates are June 2nd to June 9th, 2012. The cost of this ride will be $600 to $800 for the week, depending on hotel costs. This will include double occupancy hotel rooms, SAG van and support, luggage transport, snacks and lunch on the road, and all the fun.
- Day 0 Meet in Santa Fe (meeting @ 6:00 pm)
- Day 1 Santa Fe to Taos (75 miles)
- Day 2 Taos to Abiquiu (60 miles)
- Day 3 Abiquiu to Chama (65 miles)
- Day 4 Chama to Taos (80 miles)
- Day 5 Enchanted Circle (75 miles) or day off to rest and shop
- Day 6 Taos to Las Vegas (65 miles)
- Day 7 Las Vegas to Santa Fe (69 miles)
